Registered Nurse – Full Scope Clinical Role

About the role

Join Oceania as a Registered Nurse at Eden Village, where you will practice at full scope within a nurse‑led service. You will provide comprehensive care to residents, make autonomous clinical decisions, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily care needs of residents while inspiring and supporting the care team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver interventions independently and collaboratively.
• Make critical decisions regarding resident care, demonstrating autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain connections with residents, families, and allied health professionals in the community.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to care staff and team members.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• Commitment to delivering excellent resident‑focused service.
• Previous experience using clinical documentation systems.
• Effective time‑management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and nights.

Required skills

• Experience with InterRai software (preferred).
