About the role

Ryman Healthcare is seeking casual Registered Nurses to join the team at Keith Park Retirement Village in Hobsonville, Auckland. The role offers flexible shift pick‑ups that fit your lifestyle while providing high‑quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high‑standard nursing care to residents.
• Assess residents, develop and review personalised care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Utilise the purpose‑built care application “myRyman Care” for documentation and communication.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in maintaining excellent care standards.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Professional, friendly and reliable demeanour.
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge within a team.
• Kindness, compassion and commitment to resident wellbeing.
• New Zealand work rights (overseas candidates must meet immigration requirements).

Required skills

• Resident assessment and care planning.
• Medication administration.
• Use of electronic care documentation tools.
