Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

Join our team at Roseneath Lifecare & Village in Carterton, Wairarapa, as a Registered Nurse. This permanent, full‑time position offers flexible AM, PM, night and weekend shifts, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver high‑quality aged‑care services.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans for residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
