Regional Sales Manager (APAC)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth across Australia and the broader APAC region. Based in Christchurch, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, nurturing relationships with customers, distributors and channel partners, and driving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Australia and APAC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and channel partners.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the APAC region.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel across the region as needed.
