Regional Sales Manager – APAC

About the role

Enatel is looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of its motive products across Australia and key APAC markets. Reporting to the Global Director of Sales, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners and OEMs, and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, margin and profitability across Australia and targeted APAC markets.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop regional account and business development plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners and OEMs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data and sales forecasts.
• Provide market, customer and competitor insights to internal teams.
• Represent Enatel at customer meetings, trade events and industry forums.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Sales Operations.

Required profile

• Proven success driving B2B sales growth in industrial, manufacturing, electronics, energy or related technical markets.
• Experience managing distributors, channel partners, OEMs or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable travelling across Australia and APAC.
• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous; Japanese language skills are a plus.
