About the role
The Regional Procurement Manager will lead procurement and supply‑chain activities for a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects across the North West. Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Estimating and Pre‑Construction teams, you will ensure the right subcontractors and suppliers are in place to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional procurement and supply‑chain strategies aligned with operational and commercial goals.
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Maintain robust supply‑chain coverage across key construction trades and disciplines.
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support tendering, estimating and pre‑construction teams by ensuring suitable supply‑chain capability.
- Review supplier pricing and market trends, providing commercial insight to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve value, efficiency and supplier performance.
- Analyse market intelligence and supplier data to inform procurement decisions.
- Produce reports, performance metrics and procurement documentation.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and governance requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement within the construction or refurbishment sector.
- Strong ability to build and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering cost‑effective solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with operations, commercial, estimating and pre‑construction teams.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
