Regional Pallet Controller – Auckland

About the role

Join Global Express NZ’s Auckland team as a Regional Pallet Controller. You will coordinate and monitor pallet movements across branches, maintain accurate records, and help minimise rental costs while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of pallet usage and movements.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of pallet transactions.
• Manage pallet accounts and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Provide pallet process training and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, monitor and improve equipment movements to reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport or logistics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Positive, resilient attitude with excellent time‑management.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office
• 2IC pallet software (preferred)
