Regional Operations Manager – Third‑Party Business Development

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead third‑party business development across the Netherlands and Germany. The role sits at the intersection of business development and operations, ensuring new third‑party managed assets are onboarded, stabilized, and aligned with Greystar’s performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage third‑party business development initiatives, qualifying and coordinating TPO leads.
• Support RFP responses and client presentations with operational insights and credentials.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for third‑party operations.
• Coordinate transitions from owned assets to third‑party management using transition playbooks.
• Lead operational onboarding and early‑stage stabilization for new third‑party assets.
• Serve as the primary operational interface with management companies and institutional clients.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with Greystar standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real‑estate operations, property management, or asset management.
• Background with third‑party management models or institutional portfolios.
• Proven ability to operate at a regional or multi‑country level.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen.
