Regional Head of Customer Success, APAC

About the role

The Regional Head of Customer Success (RHCS) for APAC is the senior customer‑facing leader within Cubic Transportation Systems' Global Services organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success, the RHCS is accountable for delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes across all four Lines of Service – Contact Center, Technology & Service Operations, Financial Services, and Field Services – throughout both active deployment programs and steady‑state operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for customer success, setting standards for engagement and ensuring a customer‑first culture across all service functions.
• Oversee deployment and program delivery, coordinating all Lines of Service during change, security, and maintenance activities to meet contractual obligations.
• Drive service governance, escalation management, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Align and prioritize the work of Service Delivery Managers, Technical Account Managers, Business Analysts, and Release Management resources without altering their direct reporting lines.
• Act as the primary escalation point between regional programs and the Global Services executive team.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in customer success, service delivery, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Track record of driving consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across complex service portfolios.
