Regional Account Manager – Nelson Region

About the role

One NZ is looking for a Regional Account Manager to grow its presence in the Nelson region. You will strengthen relationships with existing business customers and uncover new opportunities across mobile, fixed, and ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within an existing portfolio of 20‑500 FTE customers through upselling, cross‑selling and new business acquisition.
• Understand customer goals and recommend technology solutions that enable innovation and business expansion.
• Lead sales cycles from prospecting to close across mobile, fixed‑line and ICT offerings.
• Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Expand market presence through networking, referrals, partner collaborations and engagement with local business communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared sales targets and provide accurate reporting on pipeline and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business customers in the 20‑500 FTE range.
• Strong relationship‑building and commercial acumen.
• Solution‑selling capability with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
• Ability to work closely with customers to understand their objectives and translate them into technology‑driven solutions.
