Regional Account Executive

About the role

The Regional Account Executive will drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline and generate new business for SERVPRO Team Landers. You will manage a regional territory, maintain key accounts and develop new relationships across commercial, restoration, emergency response and construction markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and capture viable market targets using the CRM system.
• Conduct cold calls (in‑person, phone, email) to generate prospects.
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain detailed activity, pipeline health and sales reporting in Luxor CRM.
• Prepare proposals and deliver professional product demonstrations.
• Represent SERVPRO Team Landers at corporate events and sales meetings.
• Grow existing business and meet personal and regional sales targets.
• Engage customers via phone, email, webinars, LinkedIn and face‑to‑face meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar sales role.
• 3‑5 years of prospecting and lead‑generation experience with proven sales achievement.
• Experience selling to municipalities, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial property management or HOAs.
• Understanding of government contracts at local, state and federal levels.
