Receptionist – Fixed Term (MAT Leave Cover)

About the role

Lumino Glenfield is seeking an experienced receptionist to provide a friendly first point of contact for patients and callers. This fixed‑term position covers maternity leave from 27 July 2026 to 26 March 2027, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and over the phone with professionalism.
• Respond to patient emails and queries promptly.
• Process payments, handle banking tasks, and book appointments for clinicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous receptionist experience, preferably within the medical or dental sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer software applications.
• Experience in file keeping and data entry.
• Payment processing competence.
