About the role
We are seeking a Solicitor to join our leading Real Estate team in Auckland. The role involves providing specialist legal advice to sophisticated property investors, developers and corporate owners on a range of complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on commercial leasing arrangements.
- Support property development and major subdivision projects.
- Handle acquisitions, disposals and related transactions.
- Provide counsel on hotel management arrangements.
- Assist clients in the agricultural and forestry sectors.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience practising real estate law in New Zealand.
- Background in private practice with a strong track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and interest in the property sector.
