About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team in Central Otago. The role offers a chance to start a career in residential property sales or to transition an existing business into our network. You will work on‑site in Cromwell, supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads for residential property sales.
  • Conduct property viewings and present market analyses.
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date listings and client records.
  • Collaborate with the wider Otago network to maximise exposure.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
  • Interest in the Central Otago property market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
