React Native Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end mobile solutions within a multi‑platform digital ecosystem. The role combines deep technical expertise with architectural ownership, ensuring high‑performance, secure, and scalable applications for both Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement mobile architecture for React Native applications, aligning with web, API, micro‑service and cloud layers.
• Establish reusable components, design patterns and coding standards for maintainable codebases.
• Drive performance optimisation, security compliance and stability across platforms.
• Architect and govern API integrations, middleware and event‑driven interactions.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices and automated testing for mobile delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to distributed engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend and cloud teams to ensure cohesive solution architecture.
• Lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance and scalability requirements.

Required profile

Required skills

• React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• State‑management libraries such as Redux, MobX, Zustand.
• REST and GraphQL API integration.
• Native module development for iOS/Android, performance tuning and debugging.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API gateways.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Security best practices: OAuth, encryption, mobile security standards.
• Familiarity with related stacks (React, Angular, Spring Boot, digital commerce/marketing) and AI coding assistants like Copilot.
