Reach Operator – Warehouse Role in Māngere

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Reach Operator to join our warehouse team in Māngere. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 am‑3:00 pm, within a fast‑paced distribution environment supporting a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack and move stock accurately.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform daily pre‑start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and keep the workspace clean and organised.
• Consistently follow health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift Licence with relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice report.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
