Reach Operator – Warehouse Logistics Role

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Reach Operator to join a leading plumbing and bathroom supply distributor in Mangere. The role involves operating a reach forklift in a fast‑paced warehouse, supporting order fulfilment and stock management while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack, and move stock accurately.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and the warehouse management system.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform daily pre‑start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift License with relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice report.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliable transport, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
