Reach Operator – Warehouse Logistics Role

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Reach Operator to join our warehouse team in Māngere. You will work in a fast‑paced distribution environment supporting a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack and move stock accurately.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform daily pre‑start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift Licence with relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice report.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliable transport and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
