Reach Operator

About the role

Join a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier in Māngere as a Reach Operator. Work Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑3 pm in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack and move stock accurately.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Conduct daily pre‑start equipment checks and report faults or damage promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.

Required profile

• Current Reach Forklift License and relevant operating experience.
• Clean Ministry of Justice Report.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
