Quantity Surveyors, Estimators & Tender Professionals – Expression of Interest

About the role

HEB Construction is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Bid Specialists, Commercial Managers and Tender Managers to join its growing team in New Zealand. These positions will support the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring cost‑effective and commercially sound outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans, estimates and budgets for large‑scale infrastructure works.
• Manage procurement processes and support tender preparation.
• Administer contracts, monitor financial performance and control risks.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and suppliers to drive commercial success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction or infrastructure environments.
• Strong capability in cost planning, estimating, procurement or commercial management.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of contracts, risk management and financial control.
• Ability to build strong relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
