Quantity Surveyor

About the role

This position is ideal for a proactive Quantity Surveyor ready to own civil projects valued between $2M and $10M. You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle, collaborating closely with delivery teams, clients and subcontractors to keep projects financially and contractually on track.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the commercial delivery of civil projects from start to finish.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations.
• Lead procurement processes and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Assess, price and negotiate variations and claims.
• Monitor project performance and manage risk to protect margin and cashflow.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to independently run projects valued between $2M and $10M.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, including variations, claims and risk management.
• Experience across concrete and steel scopes.
• Clear communicator who can build strong working relationships.
