Quality Manager – Central Auckland

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead continuous improvement of services for people with disabilities and their families at Spectrum Care in Central Auckland. The role partners with business leaders to embed a “better way” mindset across all products, services and workflows, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain a quality framework that drives continuous improvement of services and business functions.
- Provide proactive audit assurance to raise quality standards and service performance.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture of continuous improvement in service design and delivery.
- Define and monitor key quality metrics that indicate service excellence.
- Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate across the organisation.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in quality management and policy development.
- Background in clinical, disability or healthcare settings is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the health and disability system and related legislation.
- Innovative mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent project‑management capabilities.
