Public Area Attendant – Overnight

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an Overnight Public Area Attendant and help create a welcoming environment for guests during the night shift. You will be responsible for keeping all public spaces spotless while delivering friendly, attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as restrooms, hallways, elevators, offices and event spaces by dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions and resolve service requests promptly.
• Assist housekeeping with guest‑room cleaning and fulfil additional service requests as needed.
• Perform periodic deep‑cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture and waxing floors.

Required profile

• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and good communication.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift heavy objects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with professional cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to hotel environments.
