About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Team Leader to oversee our growing portfolio. In this senior position you will guide a team of property managers, ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintain high service standards for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the property management portfolio, ensuring efficient processes and compliance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and resolve them promptly.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and support implementation of improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management (essential).
• Demonstrated team‑leading experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong ability to design, implement and optimise systems and processes.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
