Property Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Property Assistant to join our friendly team at Summerset Richmond. In this full‑time position you will help maintain the high standards of our village, ensuring it remains safe, beautiful and well‑run.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with general property and garden maintenance.
• Support building maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Carry out landscaping, gardening and ground‑care tasks.
• Participate in property inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, team members and contractors.

Required profile

• Practical, approachable and dependable with initiative.
• Experience in property maintenance and gardening.
• Strong DIY or trade skills; part‑trade qualification preferred.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
