Project/Programme Coordinator – Otara, Auckland

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator to join Transpower’s team in Otara, Auckland. In this role you will support the delivery of National Grid projects across New Zealand, contributing to the country’s critical energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for multi‑year National Grid projects.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and financial reporting.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Support the coordination of resources, contracts and procurement activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Interest in the energy sector and infrastructure projects.
