Project Supervisor - Concrete Repair

About the role

Surfprep is seeking a hands‑on Project Supervisor to lead concrete repair projects across Auckland. This role blends site supervision, project delivery and business development, allowing you to work directly on the tools while building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead crews and subcontractors on site, stepping in on the tools when required.
• Scope repair works and assist the estimating team with pricing opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, consultants and asset owners.
• Identify defects, deterioration and repair requirements on construction and infrastructure sites.
• Generate repeat business and pursue new opportunities within the Auckland market.
• Uphold Surfprep’s reputation for quality workmanship and problem solving.

Required profile

• Strong background in construction, concrete repair, civil, coatings or infrastructure.
• Leadership experience managing crews and projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and scopes.
• Commercial awareness and estimating experience (preferred).
• Confidence dealing with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Self‑starter mentality with a hunter mindset for new opportunities.
