Project Manager – New Product Development

About the role

Join Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as a Project Manager focused on new product development. You will help establish and embed project processes, coordinate across multiple teams, and keep projects on track from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and influence all teams to align timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Drive projects forward, maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines.
• Set up and embed new ways of working, processes, and project structures.
• Identify risks early and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase speed to market.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in complex product development environments.
• Strong stakeholder and facilitation skills.
• Delivery‑focused mindset with a bias for action.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and forward planning.

Required skills

• Experience with project management software such as Planview (advantageous but not essential).
