Project Manager – Marine & Automotive Projects

About the role

Join Hella New Zealand as a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing and delivering marine and automotive projects. This permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) is based in Auckland and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Hella and international standards and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in new product development, with PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
