Project Manager

About the role

Talent Connection NZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of security projects for ARA Security. Based in Mount Wellington, Auckland, you will own the full project lifecycle, from initial scope definition through financial management, health & safety compliance and client relationship stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Take genuine ownership of project scope, budgets, timelines and client communications.
• Manage a varied pipeline of commercial installations and specialist security jobs.
• Oversee health & safety requirements and ensure compliance throughout each project.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Report financial performance and project progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction or security projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Solid understanding of health & safety standards in a construction environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously on‑site.
