Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Franklin Smith Group, a commercial main contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of construction projects across a range of sectors. The role involves managing projects up to $30 million and working on‑site in the Bay of Plenty region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Manage project budgets up to $30 million, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with a high‑performing leadership team and various stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
