Project Management Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. This contract position focuses on shaping project planning, resource allocation, and risk management insights that will train and improve our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide expert guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and review AI training materials that capture best practices across multiple industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Lead technical staff and act as the client‑facing point of contact to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse industries and scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in managing and guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in dynamic project environments.
