About the role
Mike Greer Homes is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our busy construction team in Christchurch. In this fast‑paced, on‑site position you will support a portfolio of residential and commercial projects, ensuring that schedules, milestones and deliverables stay on track.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against key dates.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting and filing.
- Coordinate communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and flag any risks or delays to the project manager.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation such as meeting minutes, change orders and progress reports.
Required profile
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
