Project Co-ordinator

About the role

The Project Co-ordinator will support the Transformation team at Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited, helping deliver technology‑focused and farm‑system improvement projects across the organisation. This six‑month fixed‑term role offers flexible working, allowing you to work from home or our Wellington office while gaining hands‑on project coordination experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support a mix of practical projects, including farm system changes, land use opportunities and technology rollouts.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, update MS Planner and track actions.
• Prepare simple project updates and ensure information remains accurate.
• Follow up on tasks, keep stakeholders informed and help teams stay on track.
• Liaise with Project Managers, the Head of Transformation, internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Experience in a coordination, administration or project support role.
• Enjoy keeping things organised and working with diverse people.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in following up actions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment; agile background helpful but not essential.
