Programme Manager - Power and Distribution

About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Cromwell, Otago, and focuses on overseeing power and distribution programmes. You will lead project management activities across the region, ensuring effective planning, design estimation, scheduling, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project management for power generation and distribution initiatives.
• Lead planning and design estimation activities to meet project specifications.
• Manage scheduling to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, and cost control.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in power, energy, or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale programmes and deliver commercial results.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making skills.
