Program Manager – Cyber Technology (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

You will lead a multi‑year cyber technology programme that continuously strengthens ANZ’s security capability and resilience. Working across technology, security, risk and business teams, you will unite stakeholders around a shared vision and drive measurable improvements that reduce cyber risk for customers, colleagues and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Cyber Technology Programme, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, cyber security objectives and risk outcomes.
• Bring together technology, security, risk and business stakeholders to build alignment, manage dependencies and foster shared ownership.
• Provide programme governance, executive reporting and actionable insights to support informed decision‑making.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and delivery challenges while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams and partners.
• Embed sustainable cyber security controls, capabilities and ways of working that enhance long‑term resilience and value.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technology, cyber security or transformation programmes in large organisations.
• Strong ability to navigate cross‑functional environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in programme governance, risk management and executive communication.
