About the role
We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Napier workshop and help build world‑class EV charging systems. You will work hands‑on from assembly and wiring through testing and continuous improvement, turning engineering designs into reliable products.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and wire EV charging hardware components to exact specifications.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
Required profile
- Registered fourth‑year apprentice (EWRB) or recently qualified electrician, or equivalent hands‑on electrical assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work the first time.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to spot and raise issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Interest in EV infrastructure and the clean‑energy transition.
