Production Technician – Finished Product IPT

About the role

This is a hands‑on, permanent position within a highly regulated GMP environment, focused on packing vaccine products. You will support packing lines, warehouse activities and Gamma plant operations to ensure safe, accurate and compliant handling of finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing lines according to GMP and approved SOPs.
• Perform machine changeovers, basic setups and complete batch records.
• Review, update and author SOPs, batch records and worksheets.
• Support change proposals and document updates under Change Control.
• Assist warehouse functions: inbound/outbound goods, material movements and stock control.
• Operate forklifts safely and, where licensed, reach trucks for Gamma area tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across packing, warehouse and Gamma zones.
• Participate in investigations, deviations and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Identify and control hazards in line with EHS requirements.

Required profile

• Practical experience in manufacturing and/or warehousing environments.
• Understanding of GMP (preferred).
• Strong organisational, time‑management and independent‑working abilities.
• Good written communication, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Experience writing technical reports or deviation investigations (preferred).
• Forklift licence required; reach‑truck endorsement highly desirable.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
