Production Team Member – Fixed Term

About the role

Join L’affare’s King Street Roastery as a Production Team Member on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help produce, pack and dispatch premium coffee products while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Packing coffee products accurately and with care.
• Loading and unloading pallets from trucks (forklift skills and licence are an advantage).
• Picking and dispatching retail and wholesale orders.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
• Assisting with stocktakes and other warehouse tasks.

Required profile

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse or food production is an advantage.
• Driver’s licence required; forklift licence beneficial but not mandatory.
