Production Mining Operator – FIFO Roles Across NZ & Australia

About the role
We are seeking Production Mining Operators for a range of FIFO positions across New Zealand and Australia. The roles cover operating dump trucks, diggers and blast‑hole drilling equipment on mining sites, with opportunities to up‑skill and progress your career.
Key responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks, excavators and blast‑hole drills safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport and dump material according to site plans.
- Assist with site preparation, drilling and blasting activities.
- Follow FIFO schedules and adhere to on‑site health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in related sectors such as forestry, agriculture or civil construction is advantageous.
- Ability to work in remote FIFO environments.
Required skills

- Digger (excavator) operation
- Blast‑hole drilling
