Production Manager

About the role

Enztec is seeking a Production Manager to lead its Assembly and Components teams. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will provide visible, hands‑on leadership in a stable, high‑performing environment that delivers life‑changing orthopaedic medical devices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop two experienced manufacturing teams, fostering pride in product quality and patient outcomes.
• Spend time on the shop floor to understand operations, support Team Leads, and remove barriers.
• Balance customer commitments, production targets, quality standards, and operational priorities.
• Improve alignment, strengthen capability, and enhance operational flow as the business grows.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and broader manufacturing functions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement with the ability to reprioritise quickly.
• Commitment to non‑negotiable quality and customer commitments.
• Proven ability to influence positive change through people, building trust and constructive challenge.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a regulated environment.
