Production & Logistics Coordinator (Auckland)

About the role

Live Nation is seeking a highly organised Production & Logistics Coordinator to join its Auckland team. This full‑time, permanent position supports the end‑to‑end delivery of international tours, handling immigration, on‑ground logistics and tour administration across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete visa and immigration process for artists, crew and other personnel attending Live Nation events in New Zealand.
• Maintain relationships with immigration officials and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate on‑ground logistics for promoters, including hotel, flight and vehicle bookings, and liaise with travel agencies.
• Set up and maintain tour administration tools such as Box folders, tracking documents, master tour skeletons and contractor deal memos.
• Induct and train new Promoter Representatives on Live Nation policies, and organise annual training sessions.
• Monitor travel industry developments that could affect touring operations.
• Champion internal systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, administration or coordination, preferably within the music or entertainment sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi‑layered processes accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organisational excellence and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience handling visa and immigration procedures.

• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Box).
