Production Crew

About the role

This hands‑on position works within a fast‑paced production environment, primarily supporting the print department while also covering display, exhibition and design‑and‑build projects. The role requires flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours work and involves both warehouse duties and on‑site installations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all facets of the production department, prioritising print work.
• Maintain warehouse, production areas and company vehicles in a clean, organised and safe condition.
• Operate production machinery safely and to required standards.
• Support stock management, including restocking, inventory checks and handling incoming goods.
• Perform pickup and delivery driving duties as needed.
• Manufacture, assemble and quality‑check company products to high standards.
• Participate in team installs and pack‑downs for exhibitions and events.
• Contribute ideas in meetings and uphold health‑and‑safety policies.
• Interact positively with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Relevant hands‑on experience (formal or informal) is welcomed.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and focus on safety and teamwork.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Printer RIP software (trimming, laminating, SAV application).
• Familiarity with exhibition systems such as Octonorm, Fast40/Fast60, beMatrix, shell schemes, truss and event flooring.
• Clean manual driver’s licence (Class 2 truck licence preferred).
• Forklift licence with F endorsement.
• Current First Aid certification.
