Product Support Specialist

About the role

NordEast Vehicle Distributors is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Product Support Specialist to join its New Zealand team. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions about vehicles, parts, and related products, delivering clear and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Log, track, and resolve support cases using the company’s CRM or case‑management system.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation and internal knowledge bases.
• Assist new customers during onboarding by explaining product capabilities and best practices.
• Identify recurring issues, gather feedback, and share insights to improve products and processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Organised approach to managing multiple support requests and prioritising tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest or background in vehicles, automotive products, or technical equipment support.
