Product Manager - Insurance

About the role

As a Product Manager – Insurance you will shape and grow ANZ’s insurance portfolio, own key partner relationships and work across the bank to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insurance partner relationships and portfolio performance.
• Develop growth strategies and annual business plans with partners and internal teams.
• Use portfolio and customer insights to identify opportunities to grow and retain customers.
• Ensure products meet regulatory and risk requirements and improve propositions, processes and customer experiences.
• Support frontline teams with guidance and act as an escalation point for product and service queries.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance, financial services or a related industry.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to understand portfolio performance.
• Experience managing external partners and building stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of taking ownership and delivering initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Ability to identify customer needs and turn insights into practical improvements.
