Product Analytics Manager

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to join its Product Forensics team. The role focuses on using data‑driven insights to ensure banking products operate as intended, comply with terms and conditions, and deliver on the customer promise. You will work across home loans, business lending, deposits and consumer finance, partnering with product managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end‑to‑end product forensics pipelines covering rates, fees, propositions and packages.
• Analyse product performance data to verify compliance with terms, pricing structures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Customer Resolution, Product and Technology teams to drive delivery and resolve issues.
• Generate actionable business insights and recommendations for product improvement.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Product Forensics team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with experience interrogating large data sets.
• Detailed understanding of banking products such as home loans, business lending and deposits, including interest calculations and pricing.
• Curiosity and passion for turning data into business insights.
