Product Analyst (Data) – Banking Products

About the role

As a Product Analyst (Data) in the Product Analytics team, you will help shape data‑driven decisions for ANZ's banking products. You will deliver high‑quality reporting, support pricing models and evaluate product performance across rates, fees and packages, working closely with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review scheduled reports and dashboards to ensure product performance data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Respond to stakeholder requests by building or refining reports and delivering insights that inform product and pricing decisions.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improving product performance and customer outcomes.
• Improve reporting processes and maintain data repositories to increase efficiency, quality and governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support enhancements to products, pricing models and loyalty or package initiatives through data‑led recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with a passion for continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Effective communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and continuously improve processes.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
