Procurement Specialist – Medical Device Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Highbrook. You will work under the Commercials & Contract Management function, supporting the business with strategic sourcing, cost‑reduction projects and supplier collaboration across our medical‑device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contract activities for direct and indirect procurement, ensuring financial viability and budget compliance.
• Analyse commercial opportunities and support the Procurement Manager in resolving issues.
• Conduct price negotiations, category analysis and contract administration.
• Identify internal and external cost drivers and develop strategies to improve cost structure.
• Collaborate with key local and global suppliers to deliver productivity gains and maintain uninterrupted supply of materials and services.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification; engineering background preferred.
• Proven procurement experience, ideally within medical‑device or high‑tech design/manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a global perspective.
• Ability to analyse contracts, pricing structures and cost drivers.
