Procurement Category Manager

About the role
DB Breweries is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing across key spend categories such as Logistics, Engineering Services, and Capital Works. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive cost savings, innovation, and strong business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, value creation, and innovation.
- Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, negotiations, and contract management.
- Partner with business units to understand needs and support decision‑making.
- Monitor market trends, provide insights, and ensure compliance and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support both local and global procurement projects.
Required profile
- Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with ERP systems
