Procurement Category Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Category Manager to join our Procurement team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will develop and execute category strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships and support key procurement initiatives, especially for Business & Corporate Services and Operational Procurement. You will drive cost efficiency, improve supplier performance and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strong business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive value, performance, and innovation.
• Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, negotiations, and contract management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and support decision‑making.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the business.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance across procurement activities.
• Deliver continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support both local and global procurement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, category management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ERP systems.
